Welcome to the website of Michigan State University’s fastest growing Regional Alumni Club in Florida. Founded in 2007 and chartered in February of 2008, the MSU ALUMNI CLUB of THE VILLAGES, today numbers over 240 members and growing. The Club draws Spartan Fans from The Villages as well as many surrounding communities.
While dedicated to promoting and supporting the mission of Michigan State University and MSUAA, the Club actively provides many opportunities for fellow Spartans to enjoy social, athletic, cultural and charitable events together.
Our Annual Activities Calendar provides for monthly social gatherings, football and basketball game watches, tailgate parties, social and dance nights on The Villages’ Squares, group attendance at area entertainment events, golf outings including our Annual MSU vs. Penn State golf challenge and support of worthy local charitable organizations. In addition we have had the honor of hosting several MSU leaders & dignitaries including President Lou Anna K. Simon.
We are extremely proud of the establishment of our MSUAA recognized Educational Scholarship Fund. Scholarship money is raised at our Annual Scholarship Dinner-Show and Auction along with donations from Club Members. The Club was pleased to have awarded our first Scholarship in 2009.
